Terms of Service

Effective June 17, 2026. These Terms govern your use of GTO Groove (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.

Not gambling

The Service is for training, study, and entertainment only. It uses simulated chips against software opponents. There is no wagering, deposits, prizes, or cash-out of real money or anything of value.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t resell or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.
• Don’t use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and brand, is owned by GTO Groove LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Training content is educational and does not guarantee any particular results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTO Groove LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
